Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Warehouse Management, preferably in a manufacturing or maintenance-intensive environment.
Rail industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) processes and warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, GSI SAP, and inventory management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
