Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar accounting role for 1-2 years.

Working experience in audit and tax firm will be added advantage.

Accurate and efficient data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to deliver task on time.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Perform accurate data entry into accounting software, ensuring all financial information is up-to-date and correctly categorized.

Maintain and organize financial records, including filing invoices, receipts, and other relevant documentation.

Support the preparation of financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
