  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the retail industry.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles.
  • Must be available for the duration of the internship program.

岗位职责

  • Assist in daily store operations and customer service.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Help with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Participate in sales activities and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Learn and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotional events.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and product performance.
