Secondary school or college in Tourism, Hospitality, Communication, Languages or Performing Arts (a degree is an advantage)

Tour Manager: experience in sales or tour operations, with at least 2 onboard contracts as a Tour Expert, or a similar role with another cruise line or photo studio

Assistant Cruise Director: at least 5 years as onboard Cruise Staff or activities staff at a land resort, plus at least 2 years in a similar position with another cruise line

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Strong people-management, training, event-organisation and public-speaking skills

Confident with MS Office; photography and photo-editing knowledge is a plus for the Tour Manager role

Willing to work onboard a cruise ship on a 6-month contract

Open to Malaysian and Singaporean candidates

Tour Manager: lead the shore-excursion and photo operations, driving tour and photo sales while maintaining quality and cost control

Assistant Cruise Director: support the Cruise Director in planning, supervising and delivering the onboard entertainment programme

Supervise, motivate and coordinate the tour, photo or entertainment team to deliver activities on time and to company standards

Ensure all daily activities run safely and give guests a memorable experience

Prepare schedules, cruise layouts, newsletters, reports and end-of-cruise summaries

Manage inventories, budgets and sales channels within department targets

Deliver excellent guest relations and handle any issues or complaints promptly

Report to the Sales Director or Cruise Director as required
