College diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field

Sales Manager: at least 1 year in an onboard managerial or retail operations role

Learning Officer: bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field, with experience in soft-skills or group training (course development a plus)

Strong leadership, people-management and organisational skills

Fluent in English and Mandarin (the Learning Officer delivers training in both English and Chinese)

Confident with MS Office and e-learning tools

Willing to work onboard a cruise ship on a 6-month contract

Open to Malaysian and Singaporean candidates

Lead the onboard Sales Attendants and drive shop and retail sales results

Plan and deliver onboard training in product knowledge, service, soft skills, languages and e-learning

Identify training needs and coach the team to raise service standards

Manage shop stock, merchandising and product presentation

Support and motivate the sales team to reach their targets

Report to the Sales Director and HR Director on sales and training performance
