Sales Attendant: a college qualification in Business Admin or Hospitality/Tourism, and at least 2 years in a similar retail or sales role

Hospitality Operator: secondary school (Hotel or Tourism Management) and at least 6 months in a hotel or resort guest-services role

Hotel Controller: a degree in Economics or Finance and experience as a controller in an international hotel or on a cruise ship, with strong accounting and analytical skills

Relevant hotel, resort or cruise experience is required for these hotel-department roles

Fluent English and Mandarin, required for guest-facing roles

Strong communication, sales and problem-solving skills; confident with MS Office

Willing to work and live onboard on a 6-month contract

Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants

Sales Attendant: actively sell onboard retail products, deliver friendly customer service and run in-store promotions

Hospitality Operator: provide accurate information on onboard services, handle guest requests and complaints, and manage calls, announcements and wake-up services

Hotel Controller: manage hotel cost control, prepare daily food-cost and invoice reports, reconcile F&B accounts and provide financial analysis

Assist with embarkation and disembarkation tasks as required
