Possess a valid Yellow Book (Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator certificate) — mandatory

Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision or safety coordination experience in construction

Familiarity with BOMBA requirements and fire-rated door installation is an advantage

Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Good communication and supervisory skills

Physically fit and able to work on active construction sites

Own transport — able to travel within Johor project sites

Willing to work according to site hours and schedule

Able to speak in Mandarin, easy for communicate with clients

Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out safely and according to project requirements

Enforce compliance with occupational safety and health regulations (OSHA 1994) and company safety policies on site

Conduct daily site safety inspections and walkthroughs — identify and rectify hazards immediately

Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for workers before work commences

Monitor and enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) among all site personnel

Investigate site incidents, near-misses, and accidents — prepare reports and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with Main Contractor and site team on work progress, schedules, and site issues

Ensure fire-rated door installation works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and BOMBA requirements

Monitor subcontractors and workers — ensure work quality meets project standards

Liaise with Main Contractor's site team on inspection, testing, and handover matters

Maintain site documentation — daily site reports, attendance records, inspection checklists, and NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)

Report daily site progress to the Project Manager
