Requirements
Secondary school education; a qualification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is an advantage
Chef de Partie (Baker): at least 3 years in bakery or pastry plus 2 years in a supervisory role at a cruise line or high-volume hotel/restaurant
Teppanyaki Demi Chef de Partie: at least 2 years' experience in the same live-cooking role
HACCP certification and knowledge of USPH food-safety standards
Fluent English; Mandarin is required for the Teppanyaki role (guest-facing live cooking)
Willing to work and live onboard on a 6-month contract
Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants
Responsibilities
Baker: produce all bread and bakery items to company recipes and standards
Teppanyaki: prepare and cook Teppanyaki dishes to recipe, quality and portion standards in front of guests
Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control at all times
Keep all food-preparation areas clean and sanitised, following HACCP and USPH standards
Operate bakery and Teppanyaki equipment safely and maintain par stock levels
Supervise and train assigned crew and minimise food wastage
Report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor
