Requirements

1. Attention to Detail

  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in data entry, formatting, and reporting.
  • Able to review and verify information to minimize errors and maintain high-quality output.

2. Basic Microsoft Excel Skills

  • Navigation & Data Entry: Ability to input and manage text and numerical data in spreadsheets, adjust column/row sizes, and save files in various formats.
  • Basic Formatting: Capable of enhancing spreadsheet presentation using features such as bold text, cell coloring, and borders.
  • Fundamental Formulas:Familiarity with basic calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as using functions likeAutoSum.
  • Simple Sorting: Ability to organize data by sorting alphabetically or numerically (e.g., ascending/descending order).

3. Basic Microsoft PowerPoint Skills

  • Creating Slides: Ability to create, delete, and organize slides using appropriate layouts (e.g., Title & Content, Two Content).
  • Adding Content: Skilled in inserting text boxes, bullet points, and images to convey information clearly.
  • Design & Themes: Ability to apply design templates and themes to maintain a consistent and professional presentation style.
  • Transitions: Familiarity with applying simple slide transition effects.
  • Slide Show Basics: Ability to run presentations (e.g., using F5) and navigate slides effectively during delivery.

3. Basic Microsoft PowerPoint meaning:

  • Creating Slides: Adding new slides, choosing different layouts (e.g., "Title and Content" vs. "Two Content"), and deleting slides.
  • Adding Content: Inserting text boxes, bulleted lists, and images.
  • Design & Themes: Applying a pre-made "Theme" or "Design Template" so the presentation has a consistent color scheme and font.
  • Transitions: Applying simple visual effects when moving from one slide to the next.
  • Slide Show Basics: Knowing how to start the presentation (F5) and navigate through it during a speech.
