Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
Sales Support:
Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets.
Promote and upsell products to maximise sales opportunities.
Participate in sales promotions and special events to drive sales.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the store’s products and promotions.
Provide accurate information to customers about product features and benefits.
Assist in maintaining product displays and ensuring merchandise is well-presented.
Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Assist in restocking shelves and organising inventory.
Ensure the store adheres to high standards of housekeeping and presentation.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.
Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and Store Manager about customer feedback and stock needs.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Ensure accurate handling of cash, payments, and sales transactions.
