Requirements
- Degree in HR or related field.
- Experience - At least 6 years of hands-on experience in HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong command of Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in managing and implementing HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
- Location - Must be willing to work in Sg Bakau, Rawang, Selangor
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to exit management.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies - job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor HR policies in line with company objectives and legal compliance.
- Conduct performance management reviews and support career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a motivated workforce.
- Maintain and update accurate HR records with strict confidentiality.
