We are looking for crew members with good communication skills, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Our general requirements are as follows:
Experience: 1-3 years in food service or retail is often preferred but not always required; training will be frequently provided.
Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with team members.
Accuracy:High attention to detail for order accuracy and food handling.
Responsibilities
Steward / Cleaning Staff (RM1,700/month onwards)
Responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations by cleaning dishes/areas, restocking supplies (utensils, condiments, linens), setting/clearing tables, assisting servers and guests (greeting, water service, menus), managing trash, and supporting kitchen staff with tasks like food prep and equipment sanitation, ultimately maintaining high standards for guest experience and operational efficiency
We are also looking for the following roles:
Commis / Prep Cook (RM2,500 per month onwards)
Responsible for the preparation of ingredients and components for dishes, ensuring line cooks and chefs have everything ready for efficient service, handling tasks like chopping, portioning, mixing sauces, stocking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Wait Staff / Service Crew (RM2,000/month onwards)
Ressponsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food/drink orders, serving meals, handling payments, and ensuring satisfaction, all while maintaining a clean dining area and collaborating with kitchen staff for a smooth dining experience. Key duties include menu knowledge, upselling specials, anticipating needs, clearing tables, and managing complaints with professionalism and patience.
