4) Min 1 year experience in B2B Sales/Social Media Event/E-Commerce/Communication/Part Time sales experience/ Leaders in school
5) Mid 20's - mid 30's
6) Min Diploma unless with Japanese/Koreans
7) Spoken & Written : English 8/10 Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker
Experience: Minimum [2-4] years of proven internal or agency recruitment experience, with a heavy focus on sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing Managers to understand their business objectives and define specific role requirements.
Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and effective candidate assessment strategies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Develop innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events) to attract both active and passive commercial candidates.
Build robust, long-term talent pipelines for critical sales and marketing pipelines. [1, 2, 3, 4]
3. Screening & Selection
Review applications and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews to evaluate sales acumen, marketing capabilities, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
4. Offer Management & Onboarding [1]
Manage offer negotiations, prepare compensation packages, and close top candidates.
Ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process for all new commercial hires. [1, 2, 3, 4]
5. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
Work with the broader HR/Marketing teams to amplify the company’s employer brand across social channels and career pages.
