Job Description

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Marketing).

  • No prior professional experience required; this is an internship position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.

  • Proven patience and a calm demeanor when dealing with challenging customer interactions.

  • Strong active listening skills to fully comprehend customer issues.

  • Basic understanding of problem-solving techniques and a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive company culture.

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

  • A genuine interest in sustainability and the fashion industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, addressing questions about products, services, and order status.

  • Provide exceptional customer support by actively listening to customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and offering effective solutions to resolve issues and complaints.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.

  • Assist customers with navigating the company website, placing orders, and understanding return/exchange policies.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention by gathering feedback and suggesting service enhancements.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming to de-escalate situations and find mutually agreeable resolutions.

  • Contribute to team goals by participating in training sessions, sharing best practices, and supporting colleagues.
