Requirements

• Hands-on skills with proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with PLC programming and hardware interfacing is an advantage.

• Install, commission, and validate new production equipment and manufacturing lines.

• Perform machine setup, installation, and integration to ensure operational readiness.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure, install, and integrate tooling, fixtures, and equipment.

• Execute equipment qualification and validation activities, and prepare comprehensive technical reports.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including PCA, Qualification Plans, EERs, and other validation documents.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues to ensure minimal production downtime.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and downtime events to restore production efficiently.

• Perform electronic troubleshooting, including PLC programming, hardware interfacing, and system diagnostics.

• Develop, implement, and document preventive maintenance programs for assigned equipment and processes.

• Fine-tune equipment parameters to optimize machine performance, improve product quality, and increase production yield.

• Design, test, implement, and document equipment modifications and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support process optimization projects to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and productivity.

• Provide technical recommendations for long-term equipment enhancements and operational improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment validation, engineering changes, and technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrate strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.

• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, leveraging strong communication and collaboration skills.
