Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in inventory or logistics is a plus.
Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role.
Knowledge of inventory software (e.g.SQL, QNE, Autocount or similar systems).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy items if required.
Possession driving license (CDL, GDL) & CIDB will be advantage.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse areas, ensuring items are stored in an orderly manner for easy access.
Issue materials and products based on approved material requisition forms.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requests when necessary.
Accurately maintain records of inventory, stock movement, and goods distribution.
Ensure goods are correctly labeled, properly stored, and handled according to regulations to prevent damage or loss.
Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock data.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe operating warehouse environment.
Coordinate and communicate with the purchasing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Promptly report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.
