Requirements

• Must possess a valid motorcycle license (B2/B Full License).

• Must own a motorcycle in good working condition.

• Familiar with using Google Maps or navigation apps.

• Responsible, punctual, and committed to completing deliveries on time.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Physically fit and able to handle food delivery tasks.

• Familiar with local roads and traffic routes is an advantage.

• Basic communication skills in EnglishandBahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer food orders from the restaurant.

• Ensure all food items are packed correctly and checked before delivery.

• Deliver orders safely and punctually to customers.

• Verify delivery details and obtain customer confirmation upon delivery.

• Handle food with care to maintain quality during transportation.

• Communicate professionally with customers and restaurant staff.

• Report any delivery issues or delays promptly.

• Follow all traffic rules and company delivery procedures.

• Assist with basic restaurant or inventory tasks when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of delivery equipment and motorcycle.
