Job Description

Requirements

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of SainoForce Technology, particularly within the construction and building sector.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, for a workforce of approximately 200 employees.

  • Administer and manage the payroll processing function, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Malaysian labor laws, and timely disbursement of salaries.

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent for various roles within the company, leveraging knowledge of the construction and manufacturing industries.

  • Provide expert guidance and support on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, particularly those pertaining to the construction industry.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the construction and manufacturing industries to effectively address HR-related challenges and opportunities specific to these sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring alignment with SainoForce Technology's growth objectives in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's operational needs and employee engagement across a 200-person workforce.

  • Administer and manage payroll processing accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and management on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

  • Leverage construction and manufacturing industry knowledge to effectively recruit specialized talent and understand the unique HR challenges within these sectors.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR policies and procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes or updates.
