Requirements
Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Gather customer feedback and report it to management for service improvement.
