Job Description

Requirements

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve ROI.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and targeting.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

  • Manage and optimize ad spend to ensure efficient allocation of budget and maximum return on investment.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and marketing automation.

  • Assist in the creation of compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing collateral to support campaign goals.

  • Provide support for customer service inquiries related to marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies based on performance data and market insights.

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize campaign performance.

  • Assist in the creation of compelling ad copy and creatives, ensuring brand consistency and message relevance.
