Requirements
Candidate possess at least a SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Administration/Management/Human Resource or related fields.
Min. 2 to 3 years working experience in Administration HR is advantage.
Good working attitude, a team player, result oriented.
Independent, good communication skills and fast learner.
Good interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills in English.
Good analytical skill, able to solve problems in innovative ways.
Responsible person and a good team player with positive “can do” attitude, accountable, willing to go the extra miles, and good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Project and MS Office skills.
Self-starter and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Timely and perfect attendance.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding team member and management. Trustworthy, with a strong work ethic founded upon honesty, integrity, commitment, and respect.
Responsibilities
Work closely with all HR team to ensure that all HR functions are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
Handling recruitment for all level job post, interview arrangement, documentation and preparation of employment contract.
Prepare all related HR letter such as confirmation letter, increment letter, promotion letter, warning letter, show cause letter, termination letter etc.
Responsible in checking overtime and other claim issued by staff and management.
Maintaining all HR records such as staff personal files, attendance, compensation, health and medical insurance and leave.
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
Monitoring and reporting staff attendance or Leave records on timely manner.
Assist to oversee the compliance of all SOPs and rules, regulations of the Company.
Responsible to establish, implement, and review HR policy, procedure and distribute memorandum.
Familiar with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and liaise with respective HOD’s.
UBS Software know-how is advantage.
Payroll management; Maintain employees payroll records, processed monthly salaries, managed salary adjustments, handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and managed final salary settlements.
Coordinate with local collage's' / university regarding internship students.
Responsibilities may different from time to time and must be updated and recorded accordingly.
Any other ad hoc assignments as and when arising.
