Requirements
Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Passion for gemstones and jewelry, with a strong understanding of product value.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with ethical sourcing and lab-grown diamond concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for lab-grown diamond jewelry.
Showcase and present the Super Diamond collection, highlighting the quality, design, and ethical sourcing of our products.
Provide expert advice on diamond characteristics, jewelry styles, and purchasing options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
