Execute production scheduling and data entry into SAP, OPERA, and QI systems.

Prepare daily operational reports.

Perform reconciliation of packaging and raw materials for each shift.

Monitor and track daily receiving activities and related documentation.

Prepare and share information with relevant departments.

Willing to work on a shift schedule when required:

• Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

If there is no shift requirement, working hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma.

Experience in data entry or administrative work.

Experience using SAP system is an advantage.
