Requirements
Assist dental professionals with patient examinations and treatment procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and handing instruments to the dentist during procedures.
Provide basic patient care, such as taking vital signs, recording patient medical history, and explaining post-treatment instructions.
Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, answering phone calls, and processing payments.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols and safety standards.
Support patient education initiatives by providing information on oral hygiene, treatment options, and clinic services.
Develop strong interpersonal communication skills through daily interaction with patients and the dental team.

Responsibilities
Assist dental professionals in providing direct patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and handing instruments and materials to dentists and hygienists during procedures.
Provide administrative support by managing patient appointments, answering phone calls, greeting patients, and maintaining patient records accurately and confidentially.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care instructions, and treatment plan options, ensuring they understand their dental health needs.
Observe and learn various dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and crown preparations, under the supervision of experienced dental staff.
Help maintain inventory of dental supplies, stock treatment rooms, and assist with ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
Perform basic laboratory tasks such as taking impressions, pouring models, and preparing temporary crowns, following established protocols.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming clinic environment by demonstrating empathy and excellent interpersonal communication skills with patients and colleagues.
