•        Possess a Diploma or Certificate in IT, Electronics, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

•        A basic foundational understanding of EDC terminals, payment flows, or merchant acquiring systems is highly advantageous

•        Comfortable executing terminal software builds, configuration loads, and structured functional testing routines

•        High attention to detail with proven capabilities in asset documentation and tracking records.

•        Demonstrated ability to follow rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.

•        Direct hands-on experience handling and configuring merchant EDC terminals or alternative electronic payment hardware.

•        Advanced functional knowledge of domestic card payment flows, MyDebit architectures, and regional e-Wallet merchant systems.

Prior exposure to Terminal Management Systems (TMS), remote key injection, or parameter loading administrative tools

•        Prepare and configure EDC terminals thoroughly prior to field deployment.

•        Perform essential software, application, and custom merchant profile updates on terminal fleets.

•        Conduct comprehensive functional testing for multi-channel payment transactions, including Credit Card, My Debit, and various e-Wallet ecosystems.

•        Validate that terminal parameters, merchant-specific profiles, and settlement host configurations are correctly loaded and active

•        Diagnose and resolve technical terminal-related anomalies during the pre-preparation and functional testing stages

•        Ensure all processed terminals strictly adhere to internal quality, strict payment security standards, and operational deployment requirements before official release.

•        Document test outputs, configurations, and update live terminal tracking status accurately within internal asset management systems

•        Work closely with field service teams, engineers, and support units to ensure seamless readiness for onsite merchant installation.
