Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Diploma / A-Level / Degree, Bachelor’s in Business Administration or any related field.
Customer service experience is an advantage, fresh graduates will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Working Location: Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia
Working Hour : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
Manage a high volume of customer interactions through various channels, including email, chat, and phone, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of customer issues and implement process improvements for a seamless logistics experience.
Act as a subject matter expert on Lazada's logistics operations, staying updated on policies, procedures, and system updates to provide accurate information.
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to logistics and delivery services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
Handle customer complaints, providing empathetic and effective resolutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to drive process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives, aligning with goals.
