Requirements:

·         Fresh Graduate / Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, CNC Programming, or a related field.

·        Basic understanding of computer systems, and other technologies products.

·       Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

·       Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and safety protocols.

·         Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

·         A strong command of Mandarin is necessary. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

CNC Programmer Internship: 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist in creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for machines.

·         Support the setup and operation of CNC machines for test runs and production jobs

·         Interpret technical drawings

·         Help maintain CNC documentation, setup sheets, and program logs

·         Observe quality control processes and assist in troubleshooting machining issues

·         Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing standards

Production Engineering Internship:

Job Responsibilities:

·         Machine Operation: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such machines, injection molding machines, conveyors, or other production machinery to produce high-quality products.

·         Setup and Calibration: Set up and adjust machinery to the correct specifications for each production run. Ensure equipment is calibrated to ensure smooth operations and product consistency.

·         Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines, monitor material levels, and ensure the correct materials are used during production.

·         Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any minor operational issues. Work with maintenance personnel to address major equipment malfunctions.

·         Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Wear necessary protective equipment and report any safety hazards or accidents.

·         Production Monitoring: Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to schedules and targets. Record production data (e.g., quantities, downtime, defects, etc.) and report any discrepancies.

·         Cleaning & Housekeeping: Ensure the work area and equipment are kept clean and organized. Follow all sanitation and safety protocols for cleanliness and safety on the production floor.
