Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting, finance, or related role.

Fresh graduates may be considered for junior-level positions.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently with a positive and responsible attitude.

Prepare and maintain monthly execution reports.

Process payments to suppliers, vendors, statutory bodies, and staff claims through online banking and cheque payments.

Update and record journal entries in the accounting system.

Perform monthly suspense account monitoring and bank reconciliations.

Manage document imaging and filing processes.

Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc assignments and administrative duties as required.
