Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia, Creative Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, content creation, and online audience engagement.
- Familiar with or willing to learn tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Zapier, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or other automation platforms.
- Basic copywriting, content planning, design sense, or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in managing content calendars, files, leads, and tracking sheets.
- Creative, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling marketing content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
- Support the creation of marketing posts, captions, short-form video ideas, basic visuals, and campaign materials aligned with the company brand.
- Assist in managing digital marketing activities such as social media updates, content calendars, campaign tracking, and engagement monitoring.
- Support setup, testing, and improvement of marketing automation workflows using tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Zapier, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or other workflow automation tools.
- Assist in organizing leads, customer inquiries, campaign data, content folders, and marketing tracking sheets to ensure information is accurate and easy to retrieve.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, keyword, and content trend research to support campaign ideas and marketing strategies.
- Prepare simple reports on marketing post performance, campaign results, lead sources, and automation workflow outcomes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations teams on marketing-related automation, content, and data coordination tasks.
- Learn, document, and improve internal marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including content posting processes and automation workflows.
- Assist in implementing new digital tools or process improvements to enhance marketing productivity and response efficiency.
