Job Requirements – Internship Business Development

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude with good discipline and responsibility.

• Interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Internship duration minimum 3 months.

• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory.

Job Responsibilities – Internship Business Development

• Assist the sales and business development team in daily operations.

• Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.

• Assist in maintaining good relationships with clients.

• Support marketing and promotional activities.

• Update customer database and sales reports.

• Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation.

• Participate in meetings, training, and team discussions.

• Learn company products and services to support customer inquiries.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
