Position : Coordinator, Operational Process Improvement & Digitalization
Industry: Transport and Logistics
Work Location: Taman Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
Work arrangement: Onsite
Employment Type : 6 months contract with PERSOL
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on experience & skills)

Minimum Diploma qualification
1–2 years of working experience is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Digital Transformation – Support customer onboarding and setup in systems

Operations Support – Assist in converting manual bookings into digital platforms
