Minimum of a Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales executive role, preferably within the steel or manufacturing industry.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and negotiation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Willingness to work onsite in KLCC, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and expand the company's customer base within the steel industry.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their specific steel requirements.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for sales growth.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Alliance Steel's products.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and maximizing profitability.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, market intelligence, and performance metrics to senior management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of steel industry products, applications, and market dynamics to effectively advise clients.

Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
