Job Description

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience are welcome.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.

  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.

  • Coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups and onboarding activities.

  • Maintain recruitment records, databases, and employee documentation.

  • Provide administrative support for HR operations and recruitment activities.

  • Support ad hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the company.
