Familiar with and up-to-date on trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms.

Possess basic video editing skills using applications such as CapCut, Canva, and other related tools.

Possess basic skills in using applications such as Adobe Illustrator and other related software.

Creative, proactive, and willing to explore and implement new ideas.

Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Plan and prepare marketing materials for digital platforms, including finished product images, materials for social media live sessions, and marketing videos for advertisements and the company’s social media channels.

Plan and prepare marketing materials for physical/offline marketing activities.

Create marketing articles and content for the company’s website and social media platforms.

Plan and execute all marketing strategies that have been approved by the supervisor.

Monitor and respond to all customer inquiries received through direct messages (DMs) or comments on social media.

Prepare daily marketing reports for review and analysis by the Marketing Executive.

Plan, develop, and gather content for the company’s social media channels.

Handle marketing inquiries received via telephone, WhatsApp, email, or social media platforms.

Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
