Basic computing, Ms Office, and Emailing

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
岗位职责
• Assist in daily administrative and office support activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and filing systems.
• Perform data entry and ensure accurate updating of company databases and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications as required.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Support the team in maintaining office supplies and administrative resources.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking operational and administrative tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as directed by the supervisor.
