Requirements
Proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of Takaful products and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and explain complex Takaful concepts clearly.
Demonstrated ability to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Familiarity with the local Malaysian market, particularly in Johor, and an understanding of cultural nuances relevant to Takaful sales.
Ability to work independently and manage a freelance sales pipeline, with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to cater to a diverse client base.
Willingness to travel within the Johor region for client meetings and sales presentations.
A Diploma qualification is required, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
While no specific years of experience are mandated, candidates with prior sales experience, especially in financial services or insurance, will be highly regarded.
Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with in-person client interactions and team collaboration at the ECO Palladium, Johor Bahru office.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell Takaful products to prospective clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable Takaful solutions.
Conduct thorough needs analysis for potential clients to identify their risk exposures and propose appropriate Takaful coverage.
Effectively present and explain the features, benefits, and terms of Takaful products to individuals and groups.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Takaful market.
Stay updated on Takaful industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
Achieve and surpass individual and team sales quotas for Takaful products on a consistent basis.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
