Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the gaming industry or a related technical field
• Knowledge of gaming platforms, genres, and popular titles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills for responding to players and creating documentation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of network and system troubleshooting (preferred).
• Passion for gaming and a player-first mentality.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound tickets from players, addressing issues including technical problems, gameplay concerns, and account management.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to technical issues players may encounter during gameplay or account interactions.
• Respond to player queries with clear, concise, and helpful communication through our ticketing system.
• Identify complex issues that require escalation and work closely with technical and development teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Update and maintain internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and guides based on recurring player issues or new game updates.
• Provide insights from player feedback and ticket trends to product, development, and community teams to improve the gaming experience.
