Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
Excellent skills in drafting and reviewing contracts and handling legal documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage employee relations and cross-departmental collaboration effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Fluent in Mandarin & English.
Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant Malaysian labor laws.
Handle employee relations, including resolving disputes, addressing grievances, and managing performance.
Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist senior management in formulating HR strategies to support business objectives.
