• Minimum 2 years of working experience in civil engineering/ quantity surveyor (experience in water reticulation, piping, or infrastructure projects is a huge advantage).
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveyor
• Must possess own transport (car/motorcycle) and a valid driving license, as frequent site travel around KL/Selangor is required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, high level of independence, and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project & Excel
• Knowledge of standard MS Office tools for compiling reports.

As a panel contractor for Air Selangor, involved in pipe-laying and pipe maintenance,  We are looking for a capable, proactive, and independent Civil Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor to join our team throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. You will be based at our main office in Elmina but will be required to travel to various project sites.

• Assist in supervising and managing daily site operations for pipe-laying & maintenance works to ensure they meet project timelines.
• Liaising with local authorities like DBKL, JKR, etc for permits
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor contractor progress, and resolve any immediate technical issues on-site.
• Prepare clear, accurate weekly/monthly progress reports, site diaries, and documentation for submission.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and quality control.
