What will you do:

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries, online orders and complaints from social media platforms.

• Handle payments and sensitive data securely.

• Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

• Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs.

• Must have SPM or equivalent qualifications and above.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (Training is provided)

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory.

• Proficiency in spoken English is highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work on rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.

• At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
