What will you do:
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries, online orders and complaints from social media platforms.
Handle payments and sensitive data securely.
Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs.
Responsibilities
Must have SPM or equivalent qualifications and above.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (Training is provided)
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory.
Proficiency in spoken English is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
