Requirements
Must have SPM or equivalent qualification.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply (Full Training Provided will be provided).
Proficiency in Mandarin language is a mandatory requirement.
Good communication skills in English is preferred.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated and highly reliable.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the call center industry will be an added advantage for this position.
Willing to work on rotational shifts (does not require night shift)
Willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, and fax for corporate and consumer products.
Handle enquiries on products, sales, promotions, e-Shop purchases, deliveries, and warranty registration.
Filter and manage calls to determine the need for on-site engineers or transfer to appropriate departments (e.g., software, hardware, or sales).
Dispatch engineers for hardware-related issues and ensure first contact resolution (FCR) wherever possible.
Update clients on their request status accordingly.
Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
