Minimum of SPM/High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.

Prior experience as a merchandiser or in retail/FMCG industry is preferred.

Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to check stock levels and product displays.

Ensure products are merchandised according to company planograms and promotional guidelines.

Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels on shelves and in the backroom.

Report and resolve out-of-stock (OOS) situations promptly to avoid sales loss.

Set up promotional displays and POS materials as per company instructions.

Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.

Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information.

Ensure price labels and POP materials are up-to-date and correctly displayed.

Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to facilitate timely product deliveries.

Provide feedback and updates to the sales and marketing teams regularly.
