Possess excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; able to explain product features and benefits clearly and engagingly.
Familiar with e-commerce live-streaming processes and techniques; understand consumer psychology to effectively drive conversions and encourage viewers to place orders.
Demonstrate a strong sales and customer-service mindset; able to provide professional purchasing advice and consultation to customers.
Patient, responsible, and adaptable to the fast-paced live-streaming environment; highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
Fresh graduates and beginners with a strong passion for live sales are welcome to apply! Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Engage with viewers in real-time during live streaming sessions, answering questions and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Effectively demonstrate and promote products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and promotional strategies for live streaming events.
- Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and efficiently during and after live streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in managing social media platforms to promote upcoming live streams and engage with the online community.
