Prior restaurant or café experience is an advantage

Positive attitude and good communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented

Basic understanding of customer service

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take customer orders accurately

Handle cashiering and POS transactions

Prepare simple food and beverages according to SOP

Ensure dining area, counter, and kitchen areas are clean and organised

Assist in food packing and delivery order preparation

Refill stocks and monitor inventory levels during shift

Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOP requirements

Assist team members during busy hours

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
