Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage client interactions and sales progress.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, with a strong drive to achieve business objectives.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential for engaging with a significant segment of the Malaysian market.
Possession of a Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a willingness to leverage existing knowledge rather than requiring extensive prior experience.
岗位职责
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales quotas for solar energy solutions within the assigned territory.
Identify and prospect potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, through various lead generation channels and networking activities.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective customers to understand their energy consumption, financial goals, and sustainability objectives.
Design and present customized solar energy proposals, including system design, financial projections (ROI, payback period), and environmental benefits, tailored to individual client requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial site assessment to final system commissioning.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and relevant government policies and incentives related to solar energy.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules to close sales effectively while ensuring profitability and adherence to company guidelines.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to sales management to inform strategic decision-making.
Leverage knowledge of Mandarin to effectively communicate with and build rapport with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
