Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
Able to work both independently and within a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various HR-related task
Responsibilities
1. Employee Disciplinary Support
Draft Show Cause Letters for employees involved in disciplinary issues.
Review employee responses and assist in preparing Warning Letters or Termination Letters as needed.
Support the HR team in managing ongoing termination cases by assisting in the Domestic Inquiry (DI) process, including document preparation and session coordination.
Ensure all issued disciplinary correspondence (Show Cause, Warning, and
Termination letters) is accurately recorded and uploaded into the Tracking System to maintain comprehensive digital audit trails.
Maintain and update disciplinary records in both physical and digital formats.
2. Employee Communication
Respond to employee inquiries via WhatsApp or other communication platforms professionally.
Assist in relaying HR notices and information clearly to staff.
3. Administrative Support
Update and track issues/tickets in the HRX system.
Assist in the preparation of documents related to internal investigations and reports (e.g., for JPP/JTK).
Support filing, organizing, and managing HR documents and employee records.
4. General HR & Office Tasks
Participate in any ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the HR team.
Assist during internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation.
