Job Description

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.

  • Able to work both independently and within a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various HR-related task

Responsibilities

1. Employee Disciplinary Support

  • Draft Show Cause Letters for employees involved in disciplinary issues.

  • Review employee responses and assist in preparing Warning Letters or Termination Letters as needed.

  • Support the HR team in managing ongoing termination cases by assisting in the Domestic Inquiry (DI) process, including document preparation and session coordination.

  • Ensure all issued disciplinary correspondence (Show Cause, Warning, and

  • Termination letters) is accurately recorded and uploaded into the Tracking System to maintain comprehensive digital audit trails.

  • Maintain and update disciplinary records in both physical and digital formats.

2. Employee Communication

  • Respond to employee inquiries via WhatsApp or other communication platforms professionally.

  • Assist in relaying HR notices and information clearly to staff.

3. Administrative Support

  • Update and track issues/tickets in the HRX system.

  • Assist in the preparation of documents related to internal investigations and reports (e.g., for JPP/JTK).

  • Support filing, organizing, and managing HR documents and employee records.

4. General HR & Office Tasks

  • Participate in any ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the HR team.

  • Assist during internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation.
