Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends and analytics is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing consistent social media posting is a bonus.

Experience working with brands is a plus.

Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends, interpret insights, and propose innovative content ideas.

Confidently appear on camera and/or direct others during shoots (agents, team members, landlords, tenants).

Film, edit, and finalize videos using CapCut or Adobe tools.

Create motion graphics, basic animations, and visual content using Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Craft captions and copy that match audience tone and engagement objectives.

Assist in editing UGC (user-generated content) and collaborate with the PR department to create polished, efficient UGC videos.

Participating in campaign planning and support campaign shoots to bring creative ideas to life.

Manage content calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of all content.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency.
