• Degree holder in Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Therapy or related field

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in speech therapy

• Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism, speech & language difficulties

• Able to conduct assessments and therapy sessions independently

• Good communication skills with parents and team members

• Responsible, caring and passionate in helping children grow
  
  Preferred:
  • Experience in early intervention setting
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage
  • Flexible availability on weekdays / weekends

• Conduct speech, language and communication assessments for children
• Plan and carry out individualized therapy sessions based on each child’s needs
• Work with children with autism, developmental delay, speech delay, ADHD and learning difficulties
• Prepare therapy goals, progress reports and home program recommendations
• Guide and communicate with parents regarding child progress and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with special educators, occupational therapists and intervention team members
• Maintain proper documentation and therapy records
• Create a positive, engaging and child-friendly therapy environment
• Participate in case discussions and professional development when required
