Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–1 year of experience in industrial automation, facilities engineering, manufacturing, or data centre environments (internship, freelance, or project experience acceptable)
Basic exposure to PLC programming, ladder logic, or HMI/SCADA systems; hands‑on experience with PLCs is a strong plus
Understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, or automation concepts preferred
Strong willingness to learn, with basic analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsible attitude with awareness of safety practices in technical environments
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring PLC‑based systems supporting data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, fire suppression, facility equipment).
Support the implementation and configuration of PLC logic for new and existing equipment under senior guidance.
Conduct routine inspections, basic diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on PLC panels and control systems.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and IT teams to integrate PLC systems with BMS and DCIM tools.
Assist in troubleshooting issues via HMI/SCADA interfaces and escalate when required.
Maintain accurate documentation for system changes, configurations, and SOPs.
Support data collection and reporting on alarms, system performance, and operational status.
Follow strict safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
Participate in new projects, system upgrades, and expansion activities for hands‑on exposure.
Receive structured training and mentorship from senior engineers to build technical knowledge and practical skills.
